Information About Listing With HVRents.Com
Price of Listing With HVRents.Com is A One Time Payment of $49.00
All listings are listed on HVRents.Com until the residency is rented or up to but not to exceed three (3) months, which ever comes first. After three (3) Months HVRents will contact you to renew your listing at which time another payment of $49.00 is due to continue your listing. If renewal is not made at time of three (3) months, HVRents.Com will give a grace period of 1 week then listing will be removed. To provide tenants with accurate listings, landlords are asked to contact HVRents.Com To Remove Listing Once Vacancy is Occupied. HVRents.Com will keep all photos and information achived for 3 months incase rental becomes vacant again. If such occurance occures you will not be charged to list again during your 3 month period from start of original listing.
In order to List your rental you must have the following:
* Photos of the home, interior and exterior
* Description of the home
* Address Of Home, Must Be In The Following 10 Counties:
Ulster, Dutchess, Greene, Columbia, Albany, Westchester,
Putnam, Rockland, Rensselaer, and Orange.
We pride ourselves on providing legitiment listings to our Tenants. For this reason if contact info and or billing info does not correspond with above Counties,
proof of ownership of residency must be provided.
* Active E-mail Account.
Telephone Number Is Optional For Listing Profile, But
Must Be Provided For Registering With HVRents.Com
