HVRents.Com was founded by local residents of the Hudson Valley that wanted to give the opportunities to tenants and landlords that currently don't exist in a collective. We have put in the grunt work so they don't have to. Renting a home shouldn't be a difficult and insecure decision. We believe that by offering a free service to tenants at an affordable cost to landlords that better, more informative, decisions will be made.

About The Studio:
Synaptic Fyre Studio is located in the Catskill Mountains of the Hudson Valley Region of NY. The company was founded in 2008 by Designer, Coralyn Loomis. Coralyn attended SUNY Ulster and received a degree in Graphic Design and Technology, as well as private instruction in fine arts, illustration, and comic design. She has designed for both Corporate and small businesses, and opens her arms for Non-profits in the need for inexpensive designs and services to spread the word about their mission. Coralyn is also a contributor to a new website in the Hudson Valley, HVRents.Com, a site dedicated to residential and vacation rentals in the HV. Coralyn has consulted many start-up companies looking to thrive in the Social Networking Market as a Social Networking Professional. Our company's mission is to assist our clients to create innovative cutting edge designs to best suite their needs without paying an arm and a leg. Currently, Synaptic Fyre Studio works in conjunction with other freelancing artists to create a network of abilities that our customers can gain from.
